I, Kenny McMillan (Hay-Day Cockers) have received $_______for a deposit on a cocker spaniel
puppy. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. The deposit is to hold said puppy
until it is ______ weeks of age. If Buyer is shipping puppy to new owner, full purchase price of
pup will be due and payable 10 days prior to the scheduled shipping date.
If buyer fails to proceed with full purchase price of puppy for ANY reason, seller will keep
deposit monies for loss of sale of pup.
Your puppy should be ready for new home placement on ______________. I recommend
taking the new pup home on a weekend, especially if the buyer works throughout the week.
This gives the pup a chance to get use to his new owners and new surroundings without
starting out at home alone. I would hope that you have given extreme thought to the extra
care and attention that a new puppy requires. It is a full time responsibility to make sure that
the puppy gets plenty of food and water in order to remain a healthy thriving puppy. I would
hope that your new pup will bring you many years of love, happiness, companionship and
loyalty and I would hope that you would offer him/her the same.
Puppy is being sold on a limited AKC registration unless otherwise noted. Balance is due
at _____weeks of age if pup is being picked up at our premises. Balance is
due and payable at this time.
Buyer and seller acknowledge that both are entering into a legal and binding contract by
signing this contract. Should any legal action be taken between seller or buyer concerning
this contract, a court decision shall be rendered in the County of (Scott) City (Chunky)
and State (Mississippi) in which Seller (Kenny McMillan, Amy McMillan, and/or Hay-Day Cockers)
resides.
